According to what I read he went through a red light at 47mph in the wrong lane and hit a pedestrian.
The jury accepted the claim that it was careless and not dangerous driving. What is the matter with the law today ? In my opinion anybody driving like this should be jailed.

Well we Must not offend any Muslims, as this would be classed as racist, or anti Muslim. Now you know that If it was a non Muslim white man he would have been locked up and baned for driving for life. but Muslims aren't the only one to go through red lights. most eastern europeans seem to think red means the same as green. I would advise people when crossing at traffic light controlled junctions or crossing to keep looking as you cross the road. It seems to me that pedestrians have no right to want to cross any roads.

Turns out he thought the pedestrian was no other than ex Bolton Wanderers manager Sam Alladyce. The judge being from Bolton decided to impose a fine for careless driving instead when the pedestrian was infact a member of the general public and not the traitorous Newcastle manager. It was simply a case of mistaken identity!

Luckly that is the difference between the news and a court room. Court rooms require evidence. How do you KNOW he drove that way? Did you get him on radar? Do you have it in video tape?

It is the burdon of the prosecutor to PROVE that the crime occurred. Apparently the prosecutor did not.

The jury must consider the evidence presented and only the evidence presented.

sorry man, this is the world today. somebody who is famous, higher status, active in politics and so on will be released with the same charges.
last time, in my home country, a reporter(TV3) caught by police as bring drugs. he then being released and there is no charges against him. the excuse is, there is no prove of evidence.
i believe there must be something happened behind the curtain if you know what i mean..
