My daughter is in Pre-AP world history in high school. She is supposed to do a 'visual' project over Marcus Aurelius to present to the class. Does anyone have any ideas of what to do, other than making a poster with pictures attached to it? If the poster is the only idea..anyone have ideas to add to that?

ive always thought this was odd i dont get along with alot of earth signs either mostly only taurus, aries and air signs i know my sun and moon are both in pisces, and my mercury and venus are in aquarius; and my mars are in gemini. its not that i dont like these other signs. i have went out of my way to try to get along with them they just dont seem to like me for some reason? Is there anyone who can tell me if there might be a reason why without being a smart ***? i would appreciate any advice it has been buggin me for years?

I think it's useless. Waste of taxpayers' money, and I'm kind of offended that I have to hold up a card to show I am an American. It reminds me of concentration camps...remember how the Jews had to wear Stars of Davids? Also...if we can counerfeit money...who's to say we can't duplicate these cards as well?

He went camping and slept in a hammock and sleepingbag. He got up at dawn, sat doen, and once he leaned over, hid uvula flipped on top of his tongue, and became stuck. When his friend looked, he said it looked like he had 2 very swollen tongues. I met him at the e.r., and the doctors didn't seem woried at all. They treated him for an allergic reaction, gave hima shot of pennicillin, and sent us home. What can cause this? He thinks that maybe his troat and such dried out severly, nd then became inflamed. I think that he may have inhaled something that eh is allergic to while alseep, however, he is 37, and this has never happened before. He also snores terribly. Can that have anything to do with it/ The e.r. did take a swb of the back of his throat, but they weren't expecting anything like strep. He told me that when it was at the biggest size, he couldn't inhale through his mouth, swallow or talk. Thank God his sinuses were fine, so he breathed through his nose. Help?

my boyfriend just asked me to marry him. i can't wait! we want a quick court house wedding.

problem is my dad told me awhile ago he really wanted to be there if/when we get married. he lives in arkansas we live in michigan. we don't want to make a big deal outta it.

plus if we tell dad and he's the only one there we have other family that would be offended.

should we just do it and tell dad later?

ok,I am going to vent a little.I have been divorced from my ex for about 3 years I am remarried to a wonderful man.Anyways,my current husband does work.I do not I stay at home with our son.Well,anyways my ex.Doesn't work,still lives with his mom,and shares a bedroom with our son.Keep in mind he is 40 years old now.Her lately I can't get him to do anything except ****.Like for instance I asked him to get my son a haircut Saturday when he got him from me.Did he do no.I asked him to take him to pick out some shoes a couple of weeks ago did he do it no.I take that back yes he did he went to dollar store and picked out a pair.My son is hard on his shoes he is 9 years old.So I had to go to Target to get him some myself.I don't mind doing stuff for my son when he is with me I do laudry.cleaning,cooking ,and yes go shopping for him.
Right now we have joint custody he has him for a week and than I do and so on so forth.Would you take him back to court?He doesn't pay child support.
