Hi everyone

Been trying for ages to gain weight and mass. Other than weight training, what kind of food should I be consuming to gain weight (as close to vegetarian of raw food diet). How about frequency and quantity? Thank you!

My company recently scheduled an emergency meeting. Based off of my normal availability for work, I have always said I needed Sunday mornings off to go to church. They scheduled a meeting two days before this Sunday and told me it was required to be there. I reminded them that I have this schedule conflict, which was signed by my manager and accepted, and I was told that religion was not a good enough excuse to miss work and that I would reap the repercussions of missing that meeting. Later that day, I was told that if I did miss the meeting that they would fire me, or find some way of firing me if I made a mistake ever again. To me, that sounds like retaliation. Do I have a legitimate case? This is a pretty large global company, so if I have any base to sue, it could be a legitimite case.

I have nothing against Catholic people. BUT, I have grown to hate with a perfect hatred, the leaders of the Ctholics and their idols and espically the evil spirit who poses as Marry and the Pope, who must know he is nobody.
and now, the news of "SACRED TRADITION" teachings of Christ.

Other faiths with idols bother me a little, but this one touts it's self as being
"The real Church of Christ and there is no other".

You are driping with the blood of the saviour! You are the evil decendents of the relegious leaders of his time, which he refered to as serpants!
They crucified him because they feared him.
You are the ones who walk a thousand miles to get a convert but really lead them to hell!
You are definently a brewed of vipers, sitting there in Rome wearing extravagant robes that Jesus would have spit on, eating the flesh of those who support you with their only pennies!
If I had any spiritual guts I'd walk in and tear down you hidious idols!

She is not overdue, but i want to be her when she gives birth because no one else in my family doesnt know anything about dog birth, IM NOT saying im going to put her on medication for her to go into labor, but i took her for 3 walks around the block today and she is 59 days preg. but i am a student and need to be her for when she gives birth, we dont have money to keep her at the vet and my friends dont know anything about breeding, what should i do???

1) how fast is distance changing after 1/2hr (ans. 500mph)
2) how fast is distance between object and radar changing when object passes directly above the radar. (ans. 0)
3) suppose that line through the radar and object make an angle Θ with horizontal. how fast is Θ changing 10min after object passes over radar. (need help with this one)

A brunette, a redhead, and a blonde all work in the same office with the same female boss. Everyday they noticed the boss left work early. One day, the girls decided that when the boss left, they'd leave right behind her. Afterall, she never called or came back, so how was she to know? The brunette was thrilled to be home early. My husband's best friend and his wife have just gone through some crazy drama!
Married for 8 yrs & have a 4 yr old girl. She cheated on him on 3 seperate occassions, with 3 seperate guys... that he knows of. This was over 3 years. He forgave her each time.
