I put up the title to my mobile home to get a freind out of jail, it was to stand good for $5000 of the outstanding premium left to be paid by my freind but before he paid that $5000 and before he went to court ...my freind died of natural causes.....so what happens now? can they force me to pay that money ?

I am 16, gay and single. I have had a little experience with other guys, but I'm looking for other gay teens. Mainly I am looking for a another guy that I can talk with or have a relationship with. I know some people out there think I'm too young, but I'm not. I'm also in the closet right now so I'm a little afraid to be actively gay in my community. About twenty minutes ago. While my daughter and I were talking to each on the telephone, my daughter's estrange husband a United States Marine sent her a text message stating that he feels he wants to kill her. He says he wants to make sure she does not hurt him again. This Marine is stationed at Camp Pendelton in California, my daughter , his wife lives in Los Angeles, and I live in Pennsyvania. What should I do ? I am serious.
I feel I should contact authorities, but I don't know where to start. please help

It came out i think in 1963 and i was born in 1962. I can remember being very young and watching that movie. It totally scarred the crap out of me. To this day i still have weird feelings when i see a huge flock of birds. Anyone else freaked out about birds because of that movie?

Okay, i am thinking of buying my son a marlin 1894 .44 magnum lever action carbine for his christmas! Would he be able to handle the recoil of the .44 magnum or even the .44 special? He is 12 years old, and has past gun experience, but has never actually owned his gun or shot anything this powerful. From what i have heard this gun/caliber doesnt put out much recoil when in a rifle, compared to when in it is a revolver. So can he handle it, recoil-wise that is? Also, will a 44 magnum or 44 special be enough to kill a deer (cleanly, of course...we dont want it to suffer.....)?

So Joe could have made 8 million next year if the yanks won the world championship. Joe not only turned it down, but called the offer an "insult." Was he being reasonable? He would still be, by far, the highest paid manager in baseball. Is he really woth so much more than everyone else? It's quite common for a player's salary to be reduced at the end of his career, why should it be any different for a manager?

Anways i just wanna say they kinda helped out alil bit.
But last night i ended up texting him..
He took it well even replyed back to me.
but he told me to leave him alone.
So i said i`m sorry tho.
And he said ''Your trippin for the Millionth time leave me alone''
Then i texted back saying''All i wanted to say was i`m sorry..thanks for treating me like **** bye''
And he never texted me back
I REALLY CAN`T KEEP HIM OUTTA MY MIND!
He is like everything i think about now since we stopped talking.
Oh by the way he has a twin brother..
Which i wanan get his # so i can start talking to him.

I am a smoker and really think they are in overkill on this smoking ban. OK, I understand it in family restaurants, but bars or private clubs - will it be in private homes next? Give us a break! I am getting sick of seeing these commercials on TV about second hand smoke every 5 seconds. Yes, we all know that smoking is bad for you, but I think we've got so many more issues in this world to worry about. I personally don't drink and am not crazy about people having a few drinks at dinner and getting behind the wheel of a car when I'm on the road. Why not tax alcohol to the hilt? Alcohol kills too. Not to mention the vast amount of people on the roads these days have a cell phone glued in their ear. Talk about hazardous to your health! Was just wondering if anyone out there in states who have smoking bans agree or disagree.
