I was wanting to know if you go and purchase one of them DNA test and pay for a legal one with it being collected in indiana will it be legal. Someone told me that it won't I was just wondering if they was lying because I know they ask the father in child support if he denies the child. So can someone help me out on this one.

If you are trying to get child support, the COURT will force the father to submit to a DNA test. It will cost him about $350, and HE MUST submit to it or admit paternity. The burden of proof, in the instance of paternity, is ALWAYS on the man.
