My best friend just found out she is pregnant...it was unexpected and we have been going out drinking...not very much but at least a couple of times. I'm scared that we may have hurt the baby...she obviously isnt drinking now or anything but what do you think the chances are of the baby being affected by a couple of drinks??

... when you're about to give a presentation or to take an important exam?

I suffer from that ALL the time. My stomach feels weird and I'm overly excited, even when resting. It's also very easy to get me startled.
I had a baby last year and now my problem is a lot worse.
