She wrote a plan that was rejected by congress, which she states in her speeches. She indicated that she wants to finish what she began in 1994. Where can I see what the plan was so I can better understand why congress was or was not correct in their decision?

A friend of mine received a telephone call on her cell phone from a detective. She went through all of her paperwork to see if she missed a court date or didn't pay some tickets and found nothing. Well she is really stressing out about this because she hasn't done anything wrong. What should she do at this point, she doesn't want to call and get setup or anything. BTW, the detective never told her the nature of the call nor did he call her back.

The Police believe my daughter and said that they think we deserve our day in court, however the CPS are reluctant to run with it, because they cannot be sure how my daughter would cope in court and whether they would get a conviction or not. So they, in there wisdom think it's best to let him go with a no further action reply, and wait until he slips up and does it again. Marvellous isn't it, especially as he's remarried with two step-daughters and another biological daughter he sees regularly. No wonder people are reluctant to go to the police and divulge these crimes. The criminals are more looked after than the victims, and the police seem as frustrated with the CPS as the victims. Police I have spoken to have said that in there opinion, the CPS have no backbone to take cases on unless there's a 98% chance of success. The CPS shouldn't be allowed to play judge and jury. They are more or less calling the british public morons, who cannot decide whether someone is guilty or not.

I was hearing the radio & they went to commercials. Already the Christmas commercials have already started. During one of the christmas commercials they had Sant Claus Shout his usual ho ho ho but instead of Merry Christmas it was Happy Holidays. When will the politically correct morons realize that the majority of people don't like trying to be forced to say something different despite the attempts to shove it down our throats. I will continue to say Merry Chrsitmas & i don't care who likes it or don't like it. Where are the complaints when someone says Happy Hanukkah or Happy Kwanzaa? The usual double standard must stop.

I am not judging anyones opinions or answers. Just a thought and to see what others think. When YA askers have a problem in a relationship it seems vast numer of people tell them to immediately get a divorce. Isn't this contributing to the divorce rate and showing the mindset in our society. I am not talking about physically abusive relationships. What do you think?

My boyfriend brought up a quirky little question: When a person inhales a scent (good or bad), and they exhale, either through the nose or mouth, does that scent come back out and is then detectible, is it absorbed into the lining of the nose, or was only the air inhaled in the first place and the scent not really "inhaled?"

My husband was a controlling man & had a very nasty temper if things didn't go his way.

As a result we separated.

While living on my own, I got a lot of emotional support from some family friends of ours - a wonderful couple who lived just down the road from us. All along, my husband didn't know about this.

Things between my husband & I were slowly getting better over these past few months. Till yesterday, he found out about that I had been speaking to this couple!

Being the private person he is, he was furious. He said - if you and I are live together again, I don't want you ever talking to them & they are not welcome at our house either.

I chose my friendship with them because I said they helped me. He didn't say a word & just left.

For the first time in my life I was able to stand up to him. I hope he will change & begin to respect my feelings too.

Am I being realistic by hoping for this, or will this end in a divorce?

4 years ago the owners wanted the salary cap because players where making to much money 3 years later the cap jumped from $39 mil to $50 mil now players are getting more are the owners just driving them selfs back to high price players. Penner played his first full season and hes making like $5 mil a year and this kid still hasnt proved him self to be that great then Vanek also one full season and this huge contract and he was never ment to be a future star like many others. i know Lowe did what he did but he was only trying to make his Oilers better. thasts the point im getting to is that the owners dont want to pay this players these crazy contracts but they will put them selfs in the hole. what do you guys think.
