Why Canadian gaijin misbehave in Japan and fool around making weird noises and causing distruptions?

Because in the culture that they come from they have the individual freedom to do so. In typical Japanese culture there is a great deal of pressure to conform to a group mentality, therefore (harmony, wa). The benefit of the Japanese system is that it doesn't have the problems that come with people misusing their individual freedom (as per the mpeg). The downside for Japan is a reduced level of the good things that come from maximum use of individual freedom - individual initiative: 'being able to think outside the box', innovation.

The question is discriminatory (discrimination based on nationality) as it attributes the activities of some individuals to an entire group (Canadian foreigners in Japan). What a surprise to find this sort of idea in the YA Japan section. Yawn.

I see this "Guru" has made a whole collection of such videos. Without denying the stupid behavior of some of the people on the video, I suspect the man who has made it is somewhat a racist, and purposely picks up the worst features of foreigners in Japan.

Probably these Canadian guys in this video act weird, but there are lots of people who act weird no matter where they are from.
