Two people.
John the Baptist who jumped in his mothers womb when Mary entered the room with Jesus in her womb.
Jesus, who had the spirit of His Father even in His mothers womb.

You get "Filled with the Holy Spirit" in your SOUL.
You get "Baptised" with the Holy Spirit in your SPIRIT.
When you get Saved, only your Spirit gets Recreated.
That is Part 1 of becoming a Child of GOD.
Your Soul is not Recreated when your Saved, BUT it can be Filled with the Holy Spirit after (or BEFOR) Salvation--Part 2.
None of the Old Testament Children of GOD (Moses etc.) could get their Spirits Recreated (Born-Again, Saved) UNTILL After Jesus Died on the Cross.
That is what the New Testament is Basically All About.
