I was raised a mormon. My Dads whole side of the family is Mormon. There is like 50 of us. Growing up in the Church you are strongly encouraged to Bare your testimony before the Congregation. This is done the first sunday of every month. People volunteer to go infront of the Congregation and say why they know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder saints is the only True church. With the only living Prophet, and that Joseph smith was the First True prophet of the Church. And that he helped restore the church and essentially turn it into what it is today. When i was 14 or so i went infront of the congregation and bore my Testimony. I said i know that This is the only true church, that joseph smith was a prophet put here by god, and that i know the Book of Mormon is a true testiment of Jesus visiting the Americas. Then a couple of weeks later i went to Birmingham to be Ordained into the Melchezidik Priesthood. I was interviewed by one of the Top dogs. and he sat me down and before

I'm looking for a way to pay the taxes on my bonus toward the END of the tax year (April 15) instead of when I receive the bonus (January). Last year (January 2007) I got hit with a 45% tax deduction which completely ruined the bonus for me. Is there a form I need to file with my payroll department to avoid the taxes and then after receiving the bonus change it back? Thanks very much taking a minute to assist me.

I mean if your open to understanding that the other person has a different point of view then yours how can you actualy judge them with 100% knowledge of them being wrong? Doesnt this mean that anyone in the world could possibly be a friend infact its more likely that they are then not id say. Is this type of thinking Odd?

Our company throws a big sit down meal and dance afterwards for Christmas at a nearby hotel. I did the invites to all the regular employees and someone mentioned that I should have invited the temp person too (they are here 2 months and only work a few hours a day).

What do you think? I can see if it was an in office party, but this is a big money deal.

My guy and his mom don't really get along. She is controlling and sorta mean so I understand that he refuses to take alot of the things she says, because he is 32 and does not need to answer to her anymore. Well, he and her started arguing over the phone one day as he wanted to bring me over for dinner and she wouldn't have it because she does not want to me now and he cursed at her, calling her B*** an idiot - you name it! I mean no matter how mad I could get w/ my mother, I would NEVER go there!! Are you kidding!? She'd get on the first plane out here and END my life!! LOL - But for reals, I told him to chill out and don't EVER be disrespectful like that again and hang up on her if it gets THAT bad. It is better then calling your own mom and a$$hole isn't it?? He said I was siding w/her. I mean he's 32, makes me wonder how it will be when we get married as we plan to within a year. Can you tell how a man is by he way he treats his mother? I was in intensive care for 5 days with severe resporitory failure.Ihave been very up and down since.I am well now but go ing through a depression thats been on and of for 6 months it getting worse with the flashbacks and worry of it happening again even though i am well now.Is there anybody out there who has been through the same or got any advice i would love to here from you

i never tail gate i don't do a lot of lane changes. and when i do i signal. no swevering in and out. but when i get a open space i like to fly 80 or over. my car is fairly new always keep good rubber on it. and the road is straight. so whats wreckless. i have see off duty cops going home pass me. they never get pulled over why, also i am 47 never had accident

Many pagans don't acknowledge the Christian God or Satan (even though they are often accused of worshipping him). There are many people of all religious walks that don't believe in the Loch Ness Monster, fairies, trolls, etc.

The point is, to believe in one being does not mean you must accept *ALL* beings. So why do many people feel that agnostics are ambivalent towards EVERYTHING?

Believing in a God doesn't automatically mean an acceptance of all things supernatural. So why would agnosticism suggest this?
