get them to act in anything set up some stuff for them, but make sure they want to do it u can't put ur dream on to them!

Have a famous relative. (Proscout is a scam.)
The kid has to be immersed into acting at school, at church and in the community and if he or she is really talented, really, really talented, perhaps the parents of this kid can get them an agent.

look into Proscout.
a bit pricy, but you meed with many agancies...
I model and i was "discovered" through proscout.
it was like $600 or so, and i stayed in the hilton hotel in minniapolis for a weekend, just check it out and go to an open call. go to www.proscout.com and see when they come to your area. dont do a modeling school... many are scams, but I have been to proscout and they are legit. but with other agencies, do LOTS of reaserch....
