I know I have depression, all the signs are there. It has been going on for almost a year now. Started off slow & now getting worse. I tried St. John's wart, omega 3's and Sam E, nothing seemed to work. I dont want to go on antidepressents because of the side effects. I don't know what to do. Has anyone tried a herbalist? What options do I have?

I HAVE A DODGE WITH A CUMMINS DIESEL ENGINE.EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE THE ENGINE SEEMS TO ACT UP.YOU CAN FEEL AND SEE THE ENGINE REV UP AND THE TAC JUMP 200-300 RPM'S.IT MOSTLY HAPPENS WHILE DRIVING AT 60 MPH OR 100 KPH.WOULD ANYONE KNOW WHY THIS IS HAPPENING AND WHAT I CAN DO TO FIX IT.

Is it possible to negotiate a "resignation by mutual consent" instead of getting fired by an employer - this could be because of any reason OTHER THAN misconduct. For example, if you are getting 2 consecutive performance warnings, is it better to negotiate a resignation rather than getting fired?

1) What is the advantage to the employer (if any), if I ask to resign gracefully - in other words, why should they let me do it instead of just firing me?

2) Any advantage to the employee?

We all know or believe in something but there are a people at there that have no religion what so ever the "ATHEIST" you would call them. Now, they believe that this is it, a small 80 years or less on what we call earth. Isnt that said that the believe that this is it? I would be crying to think when I die I have no where to go but in the ground to rot. Now I believe in heaven, and hell. I believe thous are the two places that all of us will spend eternity at. Now Im not going to critizes anyone its there beliefs and it sounds like I am. Just need to let you know that it is really sad to think that there is no life after death. Who is with me on this?

Whenever I try to read, I feel movement. It's hard to describe what I'm feeling in my eyes; it just feels like the text is moving. This problem has caused much distress: I can't read much anymore--even if it's something important I need to read, such as a book for school. I used to love reading for fun, but now I can no longer do that.

Can someone please tell me what's wrong with my eyes?

I'm not around Mexicans that much so...
Only when I go south....like every weekend...

And it's not like I give them evil looks or anything, and I don't give dirty looks either...so
