as far as i know it's still on and it ended by the oldest brothers wife leaving him Justin caved and asked for the pain medicine and that's really all that happened at the end

Yes it has finished. Kitty had an engagement party, and met all Roberts dysfunctional family. Kevin got it on with Roberts brother. Justin left for Iraq, and Nora broke it off with her teacher after he kissed Holly. Hope it's not too long before it's back.
