Ok, so I have read many questions discussing why the Bible should be taken literally and such. But why does not taking the Bible word for word literally make someone a non-Christian? I believe that Jesus is real, and God is real, but do I think Jonah was swallowed by a whale, into its stomach only to live? No. What is wrong with the idea that maybe it was told as a story to teach, but not really true? The Bible is a compilation of stories written by many people throughout that time period, of which some contain similar stories told differently. I Just don't understand why a non-literal translation of the Bible makes someone a non-Christian.

I had sex on my exact ovulation day,my fiance is gone for a month at work then home for 2 weeks,he had to come home for only 3 days but it was right when I was ovulating,hes never home when im ovulating,this is so rare and our dates will probably never match again,but why didnt I get pregnant,I do only have one ovary,but i was told that didnt matter,any Ideas thanx

Can anybody give me some names of attractive well-known black women out there who are "really" black? When I say that, I mean those without hair weaves, those with the most natural look, ones who don't look "mixed" like Tyra and Beyonce with the highest percentage of African genes. to like this lady. I am sure she is a lovely person. But her continual twittering and giggling is just too much. Today even worse than usual - so much so that I have had to switch to the radio. LBC actually. Yet she has been a long-standing early morning presenter, and good luck to her. But can anyone explain why they find this kind of show-fronting entertaining?
