I had sex on my exact ovulation day,my fiance is gone for a month at work then home for 2 weeks,he had to come home for only 3 days but it was right when I was ovulating,hes never home when im ovulating,this is so rare and our dates will probably never match again,but why didnt I get pregnant,I do only have one ovary,but i was told that didnt matter,any Ideas thanx

It could be a number of things. He is stressed out about this that does affect his sperm count. When you finish you should elevate your pelvis and tilt it towards your navel. Which uses gravity to help things along try to lay for 10 to 15minutes at least. I don't know in your case since you only have one ovary, but from my understand the ovaries alternate which side the egg comes from. So, maybe you're only actually releasing the egg every other time? Sounds strange, but food for thought. Also if you are spending a lot of time with other women who are also not on birth control, your cycle will get thrown off. If I hang out with my best friend a few days in a row, I go from a 28day cycle to her 30day cycle. Good luck!

You aren't pregnant because your body wasn't ready for it.
Are you sure you were ovulating? An egg isn't always released. Also it could be that the timing was still off. You can get pregnant for like a day or two before & after ovulation.
Stress actually makes it harder to get pregnant. So does trying. Relax, get married, and it will happen. Most women do not conceive within the first 6 months of trying.

Women have only a 25% chance of getting pregnant each month they try. And you could be off on your ovulation day. Even for the healthiest women, it can take a while to get pregnant.

Have you seen a doctor? Some women with one ovary only ovulate every other month.

Try even a few days before you ovulate. I did and I'm 13 weeks pregnant. Good luck! Can you guys travel to meet each other when you need to baby dance?

THE BEST THING TO DO IS HAVE SEX LIKE 2-3 DAYS BEFORE OVULATION..... SPERM CAN LAST IN YOUR BODY AND WAIT FOR THE EGG FOR 5-7 DAYS...... BUT HAVE YOU TAKEN A TEST OR EVEN MISSED YOUR PERIOD????? MY AND MY FIANCE HAD BEEN TRYING FOR ALMOST A YEAR TO GET PREGNANT SO IT DOESNT HAPPEN EVERYTIME.....

well chance factor is very important...
also if u dont hav 1 ovary den d chance factor gets even mor priority...
jst coz it didnt wrk out once dosent mean it nevr will...
