Ah bless, congratulations, I had an emergency c-section, its a shock to the system, and something you cant of done anything about.

Have a good support group round you and talk about your feelings if you become overwhelmed, the news of a new baby is fantastic but once the visitors have left its hard, so take time out for yourself, visit the hairdressers and have your pamper day without hasles of everyday life.
Just having a coffee and chat with friends can help!

CONGRATULATIONS AND BEST WISHES

Congratulations to all!

Make the most of her while she's so tiny as it won't last for long-she'll soon be massive in comparison!

Glad you're both doing fine, put your feet up, let hubby do the housework and get as much sleep as possible!

Oh and let us know when you've chosen names.
