Who can claim the proceeds after liquidating the church assets and paying off creditors? What about a religious ministry founded, headed and controlled by one individual?
It , like a church, is paid for by the contributions of many people, but is the founder entitled to the liquidated assets if the ministry ceases to operate - is dissolved?

I have a 1998 Dodge Caravan. Car shakes when I hit 80 and above! Is this normal, i mean the van can still go up to 120, 40 miles less then its top speed and it's friggin shaking! is this normal? One thing though, I know that it is definitly not te tires or alignment for sure.

So... Since Turkey now seems set on invading Iraq and that means the US is going to have to defend it's Kurdish Allies and protect Iraq can anyone explain how this?

I mean I keep hearing how war with Iran is Bush's Idea and the tension has been growing for a couple of years, but this Turkey thing just exploded in the last couple of days and no one is screaming "Congress is leading us to war!"

I don't get it, where is the far left calling for the impeachment of the democrats in office for possibly pushing us to the brink of a pointless war that they seemed intent on provoking?

And lets say it does come to war (again a war the DEMOCRATS provoked) are the far left anti-war people going to protest the fact the military will have to fix another screw up by Democrats in power? Or will they still just blame Bush?

the u.s. is about 8 or 9 trillion dollars in debt but our GDP, the amount of money we make each year, is around 12 or 13 trillion dollars. Clearly, we can pay it back and still have around 6 trillion dollars for our budget. So why don't we pay it back?

Don't say that we can't pay it back because we can--just do the math. Or go the CIA's website to get the figures.

I went on a date that I thought went well, she even expressed interest in going out again. I called her a couple of days later without realizing that she looked me up on facebook the same night after our date. I didnt respond to facebook until 5 days later or so because I never check. She eventually wrote back to me asking to "be friends" but still wanting to hang out. I thought that was fine even though I am attracted to her. I wrote to her a couple of times and she gave vague responses. Anyhow, I sent her a message and after 5 days I got no response. I was curious to see if she checked her facebook and I saw that she had been on and I even saw that some guy was planning to meet up with her at her house (sounded like her b-day party). I felt ignored so I impulsively removed her as a friend. Now I feel that I pulled the trigger to fast b/c I didnt give enough time. What should I do/say if she eventually writes? Dating is so confusing.

I dont keep track of my periods, so im not sure when my last one was . but im positive i should have gotten it by now. I did have unprotected sex multiple times throughout the month, but i had waited until after i ovulated. i cant remember if (the egg white mucus[sorry haha]) had gone but iwas pretty sure. like, i was positive there was no way i could be pregnant. but now im really late, my stomach is bloated, my breasts are tender and im hungry more frequently. besides that i just feel like im alot more tired and in a daze. im really young and i was looking for some info? thanks

Wow I really hate my job. I work at Papa Murphys. I honestly feel like crap every single time i go there and its not rewarding. I get my paycheck and sure keeps me going but crap it sucks. People think its fun making pizza but crap it sucks. having to get it done at a certain time hearing customers mouths and even employees mouths. I have worked there for around 1 month and it sucks. I am already thinking about changing to a different job. I always hear crap about how slow I go considering the fact that all I wnat to do is make sure i am doing it right. Sometimes they do it so quickly they miss something that the customer wanted etc. I am now thinking of getting a job at Albertsons. Wouldnt mind that just clean bathrooms, push carts, and bagging groceries. I would rather do that then this. What do you think?

If there is a need for security patrols or janitorial or maintenance work, surely motion sensors could be used to control the needed lighting. This is one area that I have never seen addressed by the "Al Gore" fan club or other global warming advocates.
