Should I trade Drew Brees for Deon Branch and Santana Moss? I know Branch is out for 2-3 more weeks.?

I can afford to let Brees go for the right trade because I have Jon Kitna and Derek Anderson as my other 2 QB's. What do you think?

Kitna is a better option this season than is Brees, so I'd make the deal.

Even with Branch out 2-3 weeks, he's still the number one option when he returns. He might not score a ton of TDs, but should get yards and receptions given that Seattle apparently can't run the ball. And while Santana Moss cost his team the game last Sunday, he's still a good WR2 option. He'll get yards, and he's still their best chance for a big play.

You're basically giving up a backup fantasy QB for two guys who are the number one receivers on their respective teams. I think you have to make that deal.

Drew Brees>Derek Anderson>Jon Kitna. But Deion Branch and Santana Moss aren't consistent and wouldn't help you. Try and trade Kitna or Anderson for a better receiver.

Maybe you can trade Derek Anderson and get better WR's, since Anderson is obviously having a better season than Brees.

But this of course, has you relying on Brees to rebound. I personally believe he will. But that's just me.

I have to agree that Brees is going to rebound. As the Saints settle in a bit and return closer to last years form I think Brees is going to have a decent season. It is too soon to drop him.

I wouldn't, Dion still isn't getting the receptions he needs to be a strong fantasy option, and Santana's playing isn't top notch right now, of course Drew isn't doing anything either. Kind of a toss up. I wouldn't take any of them if they were FA and didn't involve a trade.
