hindu married couple. due to differences , hus wants to divorce his wife and requests for seper via mutal consent, but wife disagrees as she still wants to continue her life with him and so files a petition for resti of constinutional rights in court.In the meantime, amid huge drama ,hus returns all her things to her & takes her sign in a paper as proof of return on things and for consent for mutual seperation. wife also signs , due to pressure at that time. nw wife is in her parents house for past 1.5 yrs. in response for the petition filed by the wife , hus has replied & has stated all false things abt her and has also mentioned abt the ltr signed by wife stating that she was willing to go out of marriage. what is the wife's position now. can she make the court accept that the sign in ltr was got out of force or will she fail. she is of the opinion that is hus is being forced by someone to take this ultimate deci. they dont hve issues.pls advise.

i want to be a cinema director, but also a singer and an actor. i really love the show business and i really really want to succeed on this. i'm 17 years old, i sing pretty well, i can act, people tell me i have the personality and i really need to know if it is possible.

Cause i'm also a good student, i could follow engineerings, but i want cinema and music. if i fail, im going to be a failure and i certainly dont want that.

i never had acting classes or sang in concerts, but i know i can sing and act because i do it constantly to keep my back.

IS THERE HOPE? someone please tell me something

more details: im portuguese and live in portugal, i'm thinking of heading to UK or the US after high school to study cinema, i need more 3 years to complete my english course, i'm taking FCE on june 2008, and then head for the CAE and CPE.

Just bought that phone, and the camera picture is a bit greenish on parts where there's shadow and dark areas of the picture... if u have one or just happen to know is this normal, so i can send it back for the warranty if ever...

My husbands said his feelings are changing becasue of the contant arguing over my kids, his losing his job, and him always at his mothers house. We have only been married 16 months and have been going at it almost every other wekkend since we have been married, and now the arguing is coming more often than not, I do love him, and he says he loves me, but not like he use to. While i"m at work he is at his mothers with his non-working cousin playing PS3 allday instead of being at home. He takes his mom and son to work/school in the mornings, and returns back to her house when he drops them off, and he goes back there when he picks them up after work/school, and on sundays he gets up early and takes them to church, and depending on if his mother has something to do he comes back soon after. I feel that my marriage is over what do you guys think?

Assuming God exists, it would be within his power to explain his message to each of us personally and in a manner that we can understand. Free of contradiction, confusion and debate. If he wanted us to be aware of this message, why wouldn't he explain himself instead of leaving his word in an ancient book. Why would he expect us to ignore our own ability to think analytically on the basis of a vague, abstract theory with no evidence in the tangible world?

im pretty healthy but im a smoker(cigarette) willing to quit. before i smoked i was a good athlete.. i played tennis,basketball,football,golf, etc.. i ran a lot without stopping before now im beat after i run for more than 5 minute, im willing to start running and getting my body into shape without smoking again.. but the only thing is im physically active but im pretty dumb although i passed the asvab with 53 im still dumb i did bad in school, i cant remember things quite well... so whats my chance of passing the basic training for the air force or any other branches.. ps im joining the air force

My crazy prayers always seem to work. Each time I pray for the rooster to get off of the hen when he wants to mate her- he always gets off of her. When I don't pray- he stays on her. Strange! Sometimes I feel forced to pray for things I don't want- and these prayers always come true. Then I feel so angry and frustrated. Why do u think I feel forced to pray for things I don't want? And what is answering my prayers- I don't believe in the god in the bible. It must be another supernatural power.

Someone we know took her kid into school today, despite the fact that she'd been throwing up this morning. Is this right? Isn't there some kind of 48-hour rule regarding vomiting and diarrhoea?
