My friend Tyler is 17 and a half years old. His male cousin who is two years younger accused him of a first degree felony of rape. His cousin claims it happened several times and even in his sleep. There is no evidence, and no witnesses.The cops held Tyler for a day and decided to let him off on probation. Tyler ended up taking a plea bargain and will be pleading guilty to gross sexual imposition (a fourth degree felony) His court date is coming up.. how long do you think he will get for this?

Alright, so I've been thinking about proposing to my girlfriend. I just want an idea from anyone (even men) what would be though of as romantic to some of you. I'm not really good at that kind of stuff, but I want it to be special. Nothing really expensive, though.

If you need some information about her, then here. Your ideas in no way have to be related to her likes and dislikes, though:
She and I have a child together, who is just a few months old
Grew up Christian and is still a believer, going to church and etc.
Doing the whole proposal at a sporting event won't work, because since I had gotten a broken leg a year ago playing football, she said she wouldn't go to watch sports again.
She loves spontaneity, i.e. driving to random places, and, well, OK that one is pretty self-explanatory
Likes video games, not as much as I do, but she does work at a GameStop
Hometown is Philadelphia

Im currently 29weeks pregnant, i have a big bump and find it uncomfortable at times, of course theres some mood swings too but my baby doesnt kick me that hard it hurts, or my boobs arent that terribly sore that i have to curse this pregnancy,,
I LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT, i dont wish it would all end or hate it at all, its a wonderful life changing experience that OF COURSE has some ups & downs but nothing to get to upset about?

WHY is it that some women make out that pregnancy is such a horrible thing and that they go through so much pain & horrible experiences while their baby is growing healthy inside them for 9 months?
they more a less say theres nothing worse than pregnancy? WHY do they become pregnant in the first place? its like they think its a disability & dont even have one ounce of respect for their unborn baby?. is pregnancy really that bad? or do i just have any easy pregnancy?. there are some women out there who would give anything to be pregnant!!.. its not that bad

-Extracurricular activities: National Honor Society, i tutor @ skool & at my church, track for 1 year, in the ywca @ my skool, over 200 hrs of community service, in a program called Big Brother Big Sister, involved in my church, in a program called Baruch College Now in 11th grade (& again in summer of 07) .
-Im taking 5 AP classes rite now and thats all that i've takn in high skool at all bcuz my skool doesnt offer much.

I was just diagnosed on Friday with Endometriosis. I have been dealing with it for almost 7 years.

Im depressed and don't want to do anything. I need some boost, but I can't get this feeling to go away. It was hard to go to class today...I'm going to school to be a kindergarten teacher(early edu) and I'm starting to think if it is right for me still.

I feel miserable. I feel so sad, and it's not like me. How does one continue to go on and actually be happy w/o pretending? Sorry if this sounds like a pity party. I know there has to be SOMEONE out there who has felt the same as me.

I'm tired of it.

My husband is applying to medical school this year. I am a stay-at-home Mom to a two year old, and one on the way. Medical school doesn't allow students to work, so we will be living off loans. However, I've seen some estimates of maximum loan amounts, and with tuition nearing $40,000, there isn't even close to enough to even afford rent, let alone anything else. Most of the schools are in big cities, which makes the cost of living even higher. If you've been in this situation, or know someone else who has, what did you do? Would we qualify for section 8 or housing vouchers just until he gets into residency? What is the maximum amount of loans someone can get per year for medical school (subsidized + unsubsidized)? Any info would be appreciated.

I just recently got engaged about three months ago and have since been living with my in-laws in arizona. I love them dearly and appreciate them beyond anything but I just can't take not having my own space and privacy. I have talked things over with my fiance and have come to the decision of moving out and getting a three bedroom apartment with him and one of my very close female friends. She's coming down this weekend from cali and will stay with us and the in-laws until the three of us get an apartment and she gets a new job. Is this a good idea? We plan to get a place that my fiance and I can afford without her just incase something happens. I want to do the right thing. I also want to help her out. I need some serious advice and FAST !

Ok...here's the problem. Person A has an egg and is standing at the top of a set of bleachers. Person B is walking at a constant rate past these bleachers. The objective is for Person A to drop the egg at a certain point so that it successfully hits Person B. What relationships should I be looking at mathematically? How would I go about developing a procedure in figuring out how to perform this with success?

I'm guessing this is just basic physics...I know some kinematics equations that might be used, but I'm not sure.

I had a trans obturator sling put in 6 weeks ago all is great no pain, no wetting, absolutly no problems. untill a few days ago i had to be on my feet and busy for a few days in a row lots of house work but no lifting. early morning hours i awoke to a verry swollen area and was unable to urinate more than a few drops at a time for only a few hours. fell back asleep woke up to everything being rather deflated with speckled broken blood vessles on my labia but could urinate as i was flushing the toilet i noticed a clear strip of plastic with a turquise circle or ball on each end. am in alot of pain now but no blood. i think it was my bladder sling. anyone have any input? i see my urologist tomorrow and am verry scared!

If a person is retaking a class and they use past exams to study from. Even if after taking the first exam it's obvious that the questions are (for the most part) the same only switched around. Do you think a person could get into trouble for this?
