Look at the stats. Anyway you look at it 20 carries for 224 yards and 3 TD's is a butt kicking. Is Adrian Peterson that good or is the Bears defense overrated?

Friend,
I did my homework. This is the most rushing yards the Bears have EVER given up in a game and they gave them to a rookie. Dallas also torched this defense this year. The Bears offense has been almost non-existent, putting more pressure on the defense and this may account for some of the Bears struggles. However, when you play with eight men in the box all game and still get torched in the running game, something isn't right.

He's very good. But there were players on the Bears defense who wanted no part of him. I'm convinced there were some intentional missed tackles. That's the only explanation I can come up with. There is no way the Bears are that bad of a tackling team. He was also fortunate to be playing against a coaching staff who didn't make any adjustments to stop him. I give the kid his props, he's tough as nails. But no way should he have had that many yards. The Bears should be embarrassed.

Adrian Peterson Is That Good, But The Chicago Defense Isn`t Gonna Hold Up The Team If The Offense Can`t Produce.
Chicago`s Offense Has Been Falling Off For The Last 2 Years. The Need To Revamp The Entire Offense They Need a QB, RB`s And A Couple Of Good WR`s. They Lost Them All Over The Last 2 Yrs.

Adrian isn't Barry Sanders or Emmett Smith good, I think he's good for 170-180 rush yards per game on average; the 30-40 additional rush yards are attributed to the Bears awful D.

Both things, this is not the same Bears defense of last year, they have players in a bad moment, and that is reflected in the games.
But Peterson is a wonderfull player, he has great speed and vision. If injuries don´t appear in his way he could be a great star in the coming years.

Too good to say. It seems to me that Adrian Peterson already
won the both Rookie of the year and offensive rookie of the year.

I'd say BOTH. AP clearly has skills, and he put up a hell of a game, and the Bears D also looks very soft against the run. The Bears' defensive line is losing all the battles at the line of scrimmage this year.

The Bears Defense is very good, but it is hard to play without much hope from offense, they just had a rough week on run defense.
