If you really mean diseases, I can't help you but if you are talking syndromes they would include connective tissue disorders (Marfan, EDS...), muscular dystrophy and neurological disorders.

ps difference between diseases and syndromes is diseases can be spread where syndromes are groupings of symptoms, issues and traits
