Can anyone tell me if shoe polish or soap or twine or tape is made from plant at all????? thanks =]

You really should do your own homework, but:

Twine is cotton, hemp, or sisal. - All plants.

Soap is made from fats and/or oils with lye.
(Some of the oils might be from plants,
most fats from animals.)

Shoe polish is mostly wax. - (Petroleum in origin,
maybe some plant dyes.)

Tape is plastic. - Man made.
