i have some paste finishing wax, i have my ancient archtop hollow body, i've got #0000 Steel wool, all the stuff people have said, but how do i apply the wax so i get a nice smooth finish that won't rub off or anything like that? It needs to be good becuase it is very expensive wood, don't bother to say "Take it too a luthier!" cause if i could i would i assure you ^_^.

We have been often told that one of the great economic burdens of our time is people living longer, costing both in terms of health costs and pensions. Action being taken is the raising of the retirement age and less generous pension terms.

On the other hand we are told that obesity and smoking are a big burden on the health service. It seems to be forgotten that these health issues actually save society money due to people dying earlier.

I am not saying that obesity and smoking are not important public health issues but does the UK establishment have to practise duplicity in the presentation of cost figures?

ok so first there was ocean scum, that grew up eventually to be a mudpuppy like thing, who eventually crawled out of the ocean, then wound up in the trees(???) and became a monkey, then came down from the trees and became more and more erect( well there was obviously SOME erection going on throughout this entire journey) and then monkey donned a monkey suit and moved to wall street?

Hey everybody!
My name is Mariana and I have a big of a problem to solve so I was hoping that someone could give me some advice...
I'm 29 years old, my parents died 4 years ago in a car crash so I was declared the legal guardian of my baby sister (Matilde) (she was 2 years old then)...
Now she is 6... she calls me "mommy" and to her my fiancé is "daddy" (he's ok with that... we're dating for 5 years now plus we are friends since I was 11...) I'm a bit confused and I really don't know what to do... I want to tell her that I'm not "mommy" but I don't know How and When? ...should I tell her now or should I wait a couple of years until she is big enough to understand... I just don't want her to suffer... I want her to know the truth she deserves that... I want her to be happy above all I love her more than anything...

Help me please... what should I do?!

I absolutely despise the Dallas Cowboys, not the least reason for which being their pompous *ss of an owner.

Given that, can I be forgiven for hoping that they beat the Second Coming of Christ, I mean, Tom Brady and the Patriots?

I've already seen speculation of the Pats going 16-0! Let's hope that ends today in spectacular fashion! lol
