...as enigmatic as both of these series are, you pose a most interesting question; in the varied, constructive and oh-so deadly mechanisms, which make up both premises, there's a definite twisted madman behind it all, and the victims and/or guinea pigs are hapless in the proceedings. It would be most difficult to determine the survival chances between the both of them, if one should find one's self in the midst of either/or...

...however, taking your question into consideration (...and don't forget; you started this), wouldn't it be interesting to see both series connected, in some way, shape or form?? after all, both film series WERE derived from the same Artisan/Lionsgate production camp, anyways...

...THAT would be a most compelling and interesting tale to tell, right???

I haven't seen Cube 3 (unless you mean Cube Zero, but I've seen only a half of it), but I suppose that the victims had the change to survive only in Saw 1 and 2, so I suppose that would be the answer XD
I don't know if I'd survive it, though ;D
In Cube, the chances to get out were close to 0, in Saw 3 there was this weird chick who didn't get the rules xD
