About a week ago i bought home a australian shepherd puppy...

well the problem is, is that awhile ago my moms ragdoll cat got fleas from wondering outside and he brought them into the house and has been there ever since. now my puppy has them and she is only 9 weeks old.

We are moving in about 2 weeks and i dont want ANY fleas getting to the new house.

What can i do with the puppy? Since she is only 9 weeks old i dont know what i can do to kill the fleas before we get to the new house and keep them off.

same with the cat since hes coming too and i think he has some fleas as well.

---And do fleas live in furniture?

My fiance and I are planning to get married, but we have a little disagreement. I want the legal paperwork and a marriage certificate and he doesn't. He says he will go through a wedding and ceremony, wear a wedding ring and call me his wife, however he doesn't want to deal with the legal side of it. He says he will never go through that again (he was married once before - this will be my first).

How important is the marriage certificate? What are the pros and cons of getting one or not getting one? Any personal experiences or opinions would be appreciated! Thanks!

Whats the average cost of a tattoo that is alittle bit smaller than a quarter the size of your back. (It's a monster/demon thing I want with about 4 diffrent colors if that matters.)

It seems like people think this guy is funny or something, I mean somebody's funding his TV show and movies. I saw that first one where he dresses up like an old woman (how many times has this been done?) and it seriously was the worst thing I've ever seen.

According to Wikipedia's "red shift" article, the red shift of distant galaxies is a combination of Dopple shift, special relativity, and the stretching of each photon during the time it takes to reach the observer. If the latter is correct, it means that energy is not conserved.

I think the writer is confused about the type of coordinate system be used. Is it an expanding coordinate system, or is the distance between grid lines constant in terms of meters?

I believe the length of a laser pulse will increase over billions of years; a one nanosecond pulse will start 300 millimeters long, and after a few billion yeats, it will be twice as long. But I doubt if the individual photons will be lengthened.

Any brainiacs care to comment?

Did you divorce because you did not love him or her? Did you divorce because different religious views? Did you divorce because you did not enjoy your partner's company anymore?

You can share a story. I do not mind details. I got the time to listen.

Please do not answer if you are happily married because then this question does not apply to you. I am doing a research paper in psychology on love. So answers of "happily married for 7 years" is something I cannot use.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Does anyone use the term "deadly" there in its Irish slang sense, that is, something very good?

Also any Irish young people reading can tell me if it's still used or am I proving myself to be a hopeless square.

Ever since 2003, Bush and his administration as said things are improving in Iraq. Frequently hinting that "success" is just around the corner. Those predictions have been shown to be wrong again and again. So why would you think that he's telling the truth now ? Some people just never learn it seems.

They used to live next door but moved out-of-state and gave no address, only phone number. They have family that picks up checks and cuts the lawn but we don't have their numbers OR addresses... I would think that we would be within our rights to have either an address for them or a phone number for the in-town family for prompt payment and reporting of problems...

I have an 1981 FXWG with running a 93" hot set up from S&S. I also went ahead and ordered dual-plugged heads and a Rivera 6-speed tranny. I really want to outrun these new twin cams both out of the hole and on the high end. The tech working on the bike is very reputable, however it will still be 2 months before the build is complete. So I still have time to throw in more stuff.

Anymore suggestions towards the performance of my bike? Or will that be enough.

p.s. the bike is a daily rider, so I want it to last as long as possible

...that are also having a really bad time with cutting atm, and just can't seem to stop? i just can't stop atm, normally i wait until cuts are almost fully healed before allowing myself to do it again, but i couldn't, and now i'm covered in cuts, and i think i'm gonna have a fair few scars as well this time. :( arrrgh i just can't cope with anything atm! i don't even know what i'm saying...this isn't really a question...just wanna know if anyone else is in the same boat i spose....hmmm..yeah i dunno...just talk please.....

oh i've thought of a question - only for cutters or medical people - if you have a small gaping cut, how can you help it heal so that there is a minimal amount of scarring? i tried using medical tape to pull the skin together, but it didn't really work, and i can see it is going to scar badly. it's healed too much to do anything now, but i need to know incase i end up cutting badly again - i already have a couple of scars coz of gaping wounds. :(
