the odyssey, as in the book, and stagecoach as in the 1939 john ford movie with john wayne and claire trevor...i'm thinking about mentioning how both penelope and mrs. mallory are waiting for their husband's homecoming, but mrs. mallory actually actively seeks him out while penelope kinda sits around and waits for odysseus to come back? any other ideas? please help!

I recently just purchased an old farm house built in the 1900's. The floor is being raised, but we are finding a lot of broken glass and animal skulls all over the crawlspace...more in some areas than others. The skulls are actually what we think are deer or horse...they are big. Our question is how did they get down their.....someone had to have put them their.
Is their some kind of tradition or superstition that goes along with this?

Christians claim their religion to be correct:

They say the Bible is accurate. Ofcourse the Bible could have been a made up story or it could be the words of God.

How do Christians know for sure?

They have faith in God.

Where does faith come from?

They can feel a relationship with God.

How can they know for sure they are not imagining?

They pray and some issues are resolved thus exciting them; This will lead them to conclude God is real which indeed validates the Bible for them.

Christians fail to acknowledge the fact that prayers are not actually answered. In fact coincidences happen in every religion, even though they look like miracles!
That is, if you had a problem that needed a miracle to resolve it; praying or not would have played out the same result!

So it is concluded that Christians have their base of belief due to prayers believed to be answered.

my husband is attending a national conference with his union.. please no jokes about him having an "affair". I feel jealous that he is having a good time with the connections he's building.. I know he is a very charming person and the reason he joined the conference is bec. he's having problems with his employer. I can hear from our conversation that he is very glad that he went and the quality of the people but I feel jealous that he is having so much fun... and that he is "hanging out" with them.. has anybody had this same emotion?

ok ill descibe the situation as best i can my wife who was adopted from korea in 1975 to us citizens,What is her status now as far as we know she was never naturlized I am a us citizen and our 2 kids are we just dont know what to do we applied for medical for our kids through our state and they told us my was isnt a us citizen what do we do to remedy the situation how do we find out her status shouldnt she automaticlly be a citizen since she has always been here since she was 2 months old and was adopted by us citizens i mean she has always filed her taxes and has never been into trouble see what those illigals are doing to us making it hard for true americans......

This is the story. I'm a manager at a big corporation. The problem is that I've always wanted my male staff who is now married to his ugly wife (btw is now pregnant) to go out with one of my best friends. Since I don't like his wife I pretty much don't care what happens to her or her baby. They can get hit by a bus for all I care. All I care about is what happens to my male staff and his future. I've been speaking to my best friend because she's really interested in Kevin. She doesn't care so much to what happens to his wife or child. What can I do to get rid of his wife and child? My father is the best lawyer in town. I'm thinking about asking him to represent me and threaten Kevin's wife of maybe leaving her husband. All she needs to tell her husband is that she doesn't love him anymore that she made a huge mistake in getting married to him. As for the growing child I'm going to threaten her to have an abortion or else she got hell to pay.
