Christians claim their religion to be correct:

They say the Bible is accurate. Ofcourse the Bible could have been a made up story or it could be the words of God.

How do Christians know for sure?

They have faith in God.

Where does faith come from?

They can feel a relationship with God.

How can they know for sure they are not imagining?

They pray and some issues are resolved thus exciting them; This will lead them to conclude God is real which indeed validates the Bible for them.

Christians fail to acknowledge the fact that prayers are not actually answered. In fact coincidences happen in every religion, even though they look like miracles!
That is, if you had a problem that needed a miracle to resolve it; praying or not would have played out the same result!

So it is concluded that Christians have their base of belief due to prayers believed to be answered.

I know it is your faith that makes you believe.
But don't lie to yourself; it is the prayers that
you believed God answered you that made your faith.
Why? Because you don't actually hear, see, or feel Him
in you. The only thing that can make you believe He
is there is the belief of Him listening to you. (yes?)
Why do you believe He is listening to you?
Because He answered some prayers.
That is why the prayers answered is the source of
your belief.

And like I said; a coincidence a prayer is the same as
they happen in any religion (temple wishing, muslim, etc.)
That is why your only reason (answered prayers) for validating
Christianity and the Bible is vain.
As a fact, the Bible was written by men and whether it was
God's words or not can not be proven.
That is why we leave that aside and focus on the root of your
belief; praying, which is invalid.
Your Religion was just disproven by me..sorry Christians.

Sorry you are wrong the bible can be proved to be quite accurate and has been proven. Everything that has written down in it has come true and is still coming true. It even talks about Nasa in the bible and man going to the moon. Now how would they know about this back then when they wrote it. And the burning bush that Moses saw is only grown on that mountain and no where else in the world and it secretes an oil that burns but does not burn the bush. And then there was the woman that turned and looked back at sodom and gormora and was turned to salt and where they think the cites were today there is a pillar of salt that no other salt is and it is in the shape of a woman.. This was on Television. There is much more proof if you really have read it but I can tell you haven't.. all you have done is heard that it was written by men with the holy spirit of the lord but you have not read it to prove that it is not true. Do you really think if all of this were not true that it would have lasted so many years? This truth of Jesus is not only found in the Bible but Jesus was also spoke about in Roman manuscripts that they have found. so.. he really did exist.. and he really did die on the cross... You ask how Christians know for sure because of the proof they have found to be true in the Bible and other accounts that were written. They didn't just pray and start believing as you think and got their prayers answered in some way. There is much more to this then I guess you even know. Maybe before you find it all so silly, you should do more research about the Bible..

If I died tonight and there was no Heaven or Hell, I can honestly say that I lived a better life and made better changes for the people I met after I became a Christian than before. So really, being a Christian was better for people as a whole. However, If I died and did go to Heaven (which I believe is the correct realization) I will eternally be with God.

Being a muslim, if i dont believe in Bible, then i am not really a muslim. It is a fact that bible was written by human beings, but it is the word of God, the only problem is, it was altered by human beings who came along the way.

If you are looking for proofs if these books (Torah,Bible,Quran) are words of God or not, I request you, to please pick up a Quran, which has all the proofs, the proofs that these books, infact did exist and also the scientific proofs that were just found recently in the past century.

A Christian knows God and their salvation is real because God's Holy Spirit lives and dwells within the body of the Christian Believer. God's Holy Spirit indwells the believer upon their true salvation which comes through faith in Jesus Christ. God is a Spirit and dwells in a Spiritual world. Being human means you have a fleshly physical body but inside your body is a soul or spirit that was created by God and will one day leave your body upon death. A person can know God exist and know that they are saved because God's Holy Spirit lives in the body of the believer.

1 Corinthians 3:16-17 (NIV)
3:16 (NIV) Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you?
3:17 (NIV) If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is sacred, and you are that temple.

First, I must say...bravo on the incredible and accurate grammar...I DEFINATELY want to believe you're credible now!

Second, there is actual, archeological, and scientific proof for most of the Bible. BUT, I guess you would know that if you took 2 seconds and got off your high horse and actually did some research for the sake of KNOWLEDGE. Good luck on your pursuit of idiocy. Also--curious how the QUESTION portion of your post makes NO sense, but the details are totally clear. My guess: copy and paste.

Most of the Christians were so enraged after the first few words, they skipped to the end and are blasting you now, even as I type my response.

Since you didn't quote scripture, I can guess that many won't be bothered to even consider your "crazy" opinion.

I pray you wont mind my saying that you are very wrong about this. WE know there is a God because there is a ton of evidence of things in the Bible being true, and also there are scientists that are Christian that have much evidence to these things and they speak clearly, but voices are drowned out by the scientists that insist on trying to prove God doesnt exist. We also have other proof, its not just BLIND FAITH. We see evidence of things going on around us,, and GOD speaks to us thru impression, vision,dreams,, thru the HOly Spirit. The Bible fits together like a giant gloriously beautiful jigsaw puzzle, one little piece at a time, as new information comes from the spirit and the word. One by one they go into the puzzle, and soon you have a glorious picture of the plan of God. We are forever growing and learning, and God does reveal how it all goes together.
ALso you say we have no proof. WEll , let me state this, please.
You believe about all the big bang stuff and evolution, where is your proof? You have scientists that tell you things, how do you know they are correct? Also, where did all the things come from that exploded?? The gasses?? all of it. all that matter?? from where??
If I gave you a brand new car and told you it just fell out of the sky for you, and it was beautiful, you would know it didnt just fall from the sky, but you convince yourself that all of life just happened like that. I think we are smarter than fifth graders, folks.. YOu cant get something from nothing, so whatever was always there, was just always there. God or the matter? Had to always have been there? HOW?? NOONE knows that. But I do know that I can believe more in a creator God than believing that we got something from nothing. You would know that car had to be thought about, planned, and made, CREATED. Took time, materials and thought to do so . didnt just come from nothing. Yet you believe the whole universe with everything hanging just in place, like the stars and the moon, all of it, just happened? Thats what I call a huge leap of faith, tho we are all free to believe as we please. Even God gives that. But non believers cant be in Heaven, as they wont follow God and will make Heaven a mess just like they do down here with all the violence, lying, stealing, adultry, pornography, all of it, ALL OF IT. It cant be in Heaven, because God loves us and wants to have a perfect place for us as He promised. So God truly doenst send anyone to hell. THey choose to go there on their on by refusing to love and obey God. God protects His ppl. HE loves us all and He calls us all to salvation, but only a few will answer that call.
For you to say prayers arent answered is certainly only your opinion and others that think like you. Many of us not only see much answered prayer, we see miracles. You wait till your own child is laying on a hospital bed dying and the doctors tell you they cannot stop the pain, and it iwll end up killing them cuz they keep increasing the doses. and then, you go pray a prayer and feel the hand of Jesus on you, tho not see him, and hear Him tell you there will be no pain. TWO brain surguries later, and not even an asprin. Come on now, and you dont believe in prayer. Evidence?? What more do you need. ???? Just becuase you have not experienced it doesnt mean it is not real. OUr faith is not just from answered prayers, that only the tip of an iceberg. Wait till your hear Gods spoken voice. But to you , you would say we are just mental huh? WHen it happens to you , you will know. God says all will know , but for many it will come once it is too late to choose. WE must chose for Jesus before we die or Jesus comes again to take us home.
You say we have to acknowledge these things. Whys that? What proof do you have that we are wrong? Faith comes from hearing and doing the word of God. We know for sure because He tells us and we see evidecne of it daily. Yes, we can have a beautiful one on one relationship with God and be happy living a sinless life, with joy hope and purity, peace beyond understanding. We dont need all the yukk of the world to make us happy. The Bible is not a made up story, whether you believe it or not. YOu dont have to believe it, but why do you need to try and remove our faith?? Just curious..
By the way, noone can remove the faith of a real Christian or silence them. Never, we will sacrifice unto death for Jesus, just as He did for us. Does that make us nuts or just SURE.
