Maybe you can think about your relationship with your sister and how important she is to you - and tell her that and wish her happiness in her marriage - and tell the husband how lucky he is to be marrying her and he must be a great person to earn your sister's love (and if it is appropriate to be funny you could say he should look after her or else - just because you are far away, does not mean you will not go and see him about it - just joking). The most important wishes for her happiness will come from her beloved brother. Not a bunch of strangers here on the internet.
