The last time I had sex was at the beginning of August. We used a condom. I had my period in august; however not in September. In September right around the time my period was suppose to come I saw some blood (spotting). Now my nipples are sore and I’ve been under a lot of stress, I have been gaining and losing weight (but no more or less than five pounds) I been very tired and recently stated having chest pains. I took one of those cheap home pregnancy test, about a weak ago and it said negative. So if any one has any answers please share them with me.

from DNA to MRNA, thymine does not exist and uracil takes on the role of thymine, with it's base pair adenine. what i want to know is that from MRNA to TRNA, is adenine's complementary base pair still uracil or is it thymine??

I am a member of the church of christ, and I did a Bible study with someone the other day, and they said that the Lord will come again and set up an earthly kingdom for a thousand years. Jesus cleary said to Pilate in John that his kingdom was not of this world. And never does the Bible say that Jesus will ever set foot on the earth again. the Bible said that He will only come once more, and that is in the clowds and all people will meet Him there. Plus, the word "rapture" is not even in the Bible. Please help understand this.

Im looking for any advice or suggestions on weight loss. Im in my middle 20's and overweight. Im finally trying to accept that, I need to lose 80 pounds and Im sure this will take a couple years. How do you handle your grocery's for a month? I subscribe to Rachel Ray and Taste of Home Magazines.. and always find great recipes that don't call for many more ingrediants than we have stocked in the pantry. We have $300 dollars a month for groceries, for a family of 5. (alothough many nights we end up feeding more- when family memebers stop by) I was only going to the grocery store 1 time a month- but that isn't working because the fruit/veggies dont stay fresh.. so i need to start going more a month. How do you plan it? Do you go once a week? once every 2 weeks? Once a month? Also- how do you plan meals and stick to your budget. I find that when i come up with meals for everynight of the week every month- that not matter how cheap i try and keep it- the money and groceries only covers dinners- and then we end up skimping on lunches- no big deal during the week while kids are in school- but on weekends it's more of an issue. So what are some ideas/tips for me?

When there is something that is bothering you day to day, like your kid's father (Your ex husband) What might happen with what he might (try) to do in court. Even when you know that (he) is the one that is guilty and owes court ordered child support.

how do you get over this stuff when it's a day to day thing that bothers you wondering whats going ot happen and even when you try to STOP wondering and stressing it still pops up in the back of your head and makes you sick

Is there any reason that the 3 major world monotheistic religions teach that anyone who doesn't believe in them will burn in hell? Is this a scare tactic? I was actually verbally attacked for putting Halloween decorations up by my Jehovah's witness neighbor, who said that I was a devil worshiper! (When in reality, Halloween comes from the Celtic wiccan traditions, and there IS NO Satan in this faith!) How can anyone believe in a god who would condem the MAJORITY of the world to eternal damnation, even innocent children? Why are followers of these religions convinced that they alone are God's chosen people!? I sort of think that God is the same no matter how you worship him or her or what name you call them, and people of the world should accept eachother as long as they are decent people! Why do these religions teach this hatred???

will definitely regret having them when they get into their 30's, married and start having kids. The fun thing they did on spring break when they were 19, isn't very fun anymore at 35, looking all faded and wrinkled skin. Ewww. They do help us guys know who wants to get it on, though, at bars, parties, etc. So, they come in handy for that, bullseye....But later in life, I think the women will regret them, you agree?

I got my sleeve started yesterday and wanted to get 5 hours in, but my muscles started twitching after 3 1/2 hours and my artist said that was my body's way of telling me "Im done" for the day. The pain was fine and I wanted to finish alot more but I couldnt control my muscles twitching.

Anyone experience this or have a quick fix? I know muscle relaxers thin your blood out, is there something else?

My cat comes back every few days, but he wasn't raised to be an outside cat( for the last year). This has only started recently and if I keep him locked in a room, he pees all over everything. I'm almost resigned to just let him be an outside cat. he seems to leave for 3-4 days then comes back for a day then leaves again. what can i do other then get him neutered?

death was completely out of the blue and she is understandably just bereft.

For example I met her in town today and she was still crying constantly/looked so lost. She also said that her parents are on her back telling her that she will need to move on and so on which I personally feel is only adding to her woes and is not helpful.

Anyways, as I had my 2 year old with me I could not stay and talk too long but have arranged for her to come round tomorrow night - it has been so long since I lost someone close that I am beginning to wonder how to help or what to say.. certainly I will listen as best I possibly can but is there any advice that the yahoo community

We came, we saw, we conquered. We didn't steal anything. Sure, we may have used cheap tactics - but we still won.

Why do so many contine to say that we stole this land? This world has many conquered nations --- which means that they killed Natives of that territory as well.
