The last time I had sex was at the beginning of August. We used a condom. I had my period in august; however not in September. In September right around the time my period was suppose to come I saw some blood (spotting). Now my nipples are sore and I’ve been under a lot of stress, I have been gaining and losing weight (but no more or less than five pounds) I been very tired and recently stated having chest pains. I took one of those cheap home pregnancy test, about a weak ago and it said negative. So if any one has any answers please share them with me.

Stress can cause havoc with your menstrual cycle AND stress can cause chest pains. I never heard of pregnancy causing chest pain, though.

If you want to be sure, go to a doctor or clinic and get a medical pregnancy test. They are more accurate than home tests. Well worth the trouble to find out for sure, especially if you have other stresses in your life.

ANY time you have sex you risk the chance of pregnancy, if you think you are pregnant get a pregnancy test or talk to a doctor.

With at home pregnancy tests you CAN have false negatives. If you doubt the test get tested by the doctors office.

Well everything says you are pregnant, having some spotting very light and pinkish can be implantation bleeing and by now you culd have a positive test cause the fetus is in the uterus and it is releasing hcg levels.

But if you take bc pills, this are bc pills side effects also, if you are taking them for the first three months, if you don´t take bc pills you probably have a hormonal disbalance and your doctor can prescribe you with bc pills to regulate your periods.

Good luck! ;D

Visit your doctor straight away... Pregnancy is possible, but it sounds like some underlying issues here...
