When there is something that is bothering you day to day, like your kid's father (Your ex husband) What might happen with what he might (try) to do in court. Even when you know that (he) is the one that is guilty and owes court ordered child support.

how do you get over this stuff when it's a day to day thing that bothers you wondering whats going ot happen and even when you try to STOP wondering and stressing it still pops up in the back of your head and makes you sick

Girl, I know all about this....I have learned not to think about it... Thinking about it only creates more stress and 90% of the time its things that you can't change or make go away....So why even bother?? I have changed my ways into focusing on important things that are going on and positive things that I control...Have faith and trust me things will start coming through....Pray for strength to get you thorugh each day and guidance for direction....Ask for patience for the times you may just want to lose your mind....It's normal and you will be okay....Best wishes....

Lord, I am anxious, nervous, worried about _____________
I bring it to you with prayer and petition thanking You in advance for how You will work in this situation. Help me to trust You even if I don't understand. Help me to think on what is true, honorable, just, pure, lovely and commendable.
Help me know the steps to take.

You can train youself to think what you want to think. Start by realizing you can't change anything that has already happened, but you can change the way you think of it.

As a human, you have no right to feel bad anything. You make that choice. You can also choose to feel good. It is totally your call.

Look at it like this you know you will win in court right and noting to worry ,so go and stop thinking so much

well without knowing more details about your name or anything which may give me an idea about you, i can only say that you need to look at life from a very level and thats when your problems will look very small and you will start to ignore them. make those problems very unimportant for your survival and you will not have them soon.

1st of all your name tells you where your power is!!! It is in GOD, ask him for help. 2nd, get really busy!! Work alot, volentere in needed. A busy mind isn't bored!! when those thoughts enter, purposely close them,replace themwith others, and time will help!! quit stressing!! good luck

i know what you mean,,just try keeping as busy as you can,,and e-v-e-r-y-t-i-m-e those thoughts pop in your head,,say a quick prayer,,to God and ask him to be your rock and shoulder to lean on,,ask that he take on your burdens and leave them to him,,

along with that you could also,,try educating yourself on family law,,in order to further assure yourself every thing will be alright,,
