My wife had to call 911 while we were staying at a hotel so that I could be treated for a severe medical condition. I was apalled to find a "Long Distance" charge on my hotel bill upon checking out.

Can I represent my father in small claims court, so that he does not have to travel? A former friend of ours owes my father money, and I want to take her to small claims. She lives more than 5 hours away from my dad and that too far for him to travel to court. I realize that if we have to file the lawsuit in the venue where the person we are filing against, resides. Anyone know? We have tried mediation for over a year, and are running out of time to process the suit. I just want her to pay for the money she owes my dad. He's on a fixed income and has health issues. She really burned her bridge with us and ruined a good friendship.

2 months ago out of no where i just lost consciousness, doctors swear i fainted from getting up too fast however I had gotten out of bed 20 minutes prior, got dressed had a bite to eat got a drink of water went outside!!

I NEVER had blood pressure issues before then just now and consistently I have a high reading, if anyone knows a possible reason why I would love to listen.

One of my ex boy friends over dosed on herion I think it was like 2 months ago. Him and I had a really strong relationship in middle school and though jr. high, and it was like off and on. He wrote me tons of letters, and I saved them all. The last time I got to see him was 2 years ago at a football game, and he didn't look very good. And two months ago one of my friends was at a grocery store that he use to work at and they were saying his name and saying that he passed away. And she called me and let me know, and i just didn't feel like he was really gone, and i didn't cry until i knew it was true. And I found out it really was and his parents died in a car crash when he was like 2 or something. And I just cant get him out of my head! The reason why he killed himself because his best friend did. And I shared some letters with his gardian. And I just can't stop thinking about him I miss him so much and wish i got to talk to him. And i find myself talking about him to my bf.

The lady we bought our dog from told us he's pretty rare, as did some people that work at a vet.
I went into a pet store and asked about it, and they basically laughed in my face and said they get them all the time.
