I believe Bernie still holds the record for most consecutive attempts without an interception (He held that for a while if it's not still intact), and while his fundamentals were good, I don't know if he'd be a good coach or not. I know he does the Browns games on TV & radio back in Cleveland....

Successful players don't always posess the ability to teach their craft. On the flip side, many unsuccessful athletes go on to become GREAT coaches. Hall of Fame baseball skipper Earl Weaver is the first name that comes to mind.

Probably because he had very poor mechanics as a QB. He may have been the best Cleveland ever had, but that doesn't mean much.
