im in high school i dont have a boyfriend. i wear glasses and i dont want to get contacts. i need a look to get boys to notice me. should i go to nordstom or macys..... to get made over? i dont want people to notice i have makeup though. please help. thx

I mean, I am not married so only have one single income. I also owe some debts like studnet loan, auto loan, and credit card debts. I live in Southern California where the house prices are pretty high. What do I do to better my chance for qualifying a mortgage. I do have good credit score.

In California right now they are about to let a 42 year old guy out who is a high risk sex offender but has "done his time." Well we have a right to put them on parole why not make that parole a dedicated 3 years in a foreign legion. California alone has 120,000 people on parole - that could replace a lot of our troops in Iraq. We could put tens of thousands of them on the Iraqi / Iranian border and cut off the insurgents.

I have just installed Norton Internet security, and lone behold my laptop does not seem to be able to handle it.

When I first start up the computer does at least 5 minutes of processing before I can do anything. We then have a short period of reasonable operation. And then, after half an hour, the machine gets so hot and bothered doing pretty everyday tasks that it takes ages to do anything.

I know I should get a better computer, but that is not an option. The PC is not that old and to be honest there's no real reason why the software and hardware should really have a problem.

Anyway the question is - is there anything I can do to get the best performance short of uninstalling Norton? And is there any way to disable Norton temporarily? And could there be lots of other more useless programs working in the background that I don't know about? If so how do I sort them out? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

I feed my dog the required amount every day (we did have to put him on a diet when we first got him as he was a rescue puppy and very overweight) he is know the weight he should be and he is fed a dry diet (science plan)

He is 2 years old and no matter what we do he just bolts his food down (don't think he actually chews) and after he has eaten he sniffs around looking for more. He is wormed regularly at the vets.

What can i do to stop him behaving like this - he acts as though it is his last meal on earth.

I'm confused weather its worth taking out a crazy huge student loan to go back to school to go to be a Registered practical nurse. I'm almost 26 I have a 3 year old and one more on the way. I am feeling really down lately and I can't figure out why. I am pregnant with my 2nd child, have been with my current boyfriend for a little over 6 months. It seems that nothing I do is ever good enough for him and I'm always wrong in the things I do or say. We fight over EVERYTHING. I will try to say something to him and he will immediately start getting mad and yelling, so then I get quite, because I don't want to be yelled at, then he gets even more mad because I'm not saying anything! When I don't talk about how I'm feeling, or try to explain that I really don't know why I'm feeling so down lately, he gets mad, but when I try to talk about it, he gets mad also.. it seems I can't win. He always brings up the fact that he is helping support me and my daughter from a previous relationship, and tells me if I don't like the way things are than I can leave. When I say maybe we need time apart, he threatens to take me to court for custody of our child when its born, etc..Any suggestions?
