32I will pass through all thy flock to day, removing from thence all the speckled and spotted cattle, and all the brown cattle among the sheep, and the spotted and speckled among the goats: and of such shall be my hire.

33So shall my righteousness answer for me in time to come, when it shall come for my hire before thy face: every one that is not speckled and spotted among the goats, and brown among the sheep, that shall be counted stolen with me.

34And Laban said, Behold, I would it might be according to thy word.

35And he removed that day the he goats that were ringstraked and spotted, and all the she goats that were speckled and spotted, and every one that had some white in it, and all the brown among the sheep, and gave them into the hand of his sons.

36And he set three days' journey betwixt himself and Jacob: and Jacob fed the rest of Laban's flocks.

37And Jacob took him rods of green poplar, and of the hazel and chesnut tree; and pilled white strakes in them, and made the white appear which was in the rods.

38And he set the rods which he had pilled before the flocks in the gutters in the watering troughs when the flocks came to drink, that they should conceive when they came to drink.

39And the flocks conceived before the rods, and brought forth cattle ringstraked, speckled, and spotted.

40And Jacob did separate the lambs, and set the faces of the flocks toward the ringstraked, and all the brown in the flock of Laban; and he put his own flocks by themselves, and put them not unto Laban's cattle.

41And it came to pass, whensoever the stronger cattle did conceive, that Jacob laid the rods before the eyes of the cattle in the gutters, that they might conceive among the rods.

42But when the cattle were feeble, he put them not in: so the feebler were Laban's, and the stronger Jacob's.

43And the man increased exceedingly, and had much cattle, and maidservants, and menservants, and camels, and asses.

My husband and I are in a situation where I honestly can't afford to work due to price of gas and a babysitter. The thing is, I ow the military a LOT of money from when I was enlisted. They overpayed me once I got out, but I thought it was back pay from when they screwed up my checks and didn't pay me for a few months. I don't have the money to pay them (I used to give them my taxes) right now! What do I do?!

Everybody says that asking questions to satisfy one's curiosity is good for the soul and that there is no such thing as a "stupid question".

Do you really truly believe that there is no such thing as a "stupid question"?

What about those people who merely wants to get on your nerves by asking ridiculous questions, oftentimes they know the answer as well?

Trick question: Would you consider THIS question to be a "stupid question" then?

The construction work done on our building was kind of shoddy. There's a huge gap where the air conditioner was installed that looks straight to outside. I swear I can hear people outside (and down 3 floors) clear as day through the outlet by my bed. Anyway, the point is the centipedes have overtaken my apartment, presumably through these various gaps to the outside world. Can I caulk these spaces? What would you recommend? My realty company is sloooow and I want to take care of this problem quickly, but don't want to do something permanent to my apartment that I may get in trouble for (read: charged for) later. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

I watched a television program a few years back about finances and a young couple who where trying to save money to buy a home. The husband had a full time job and the wife worked part time. The wife's part time income tossed them into a higher tax bracket. As it was calculated out, they would have actually saved money by her not working. I think they might have had some child care expanse as well, but not really sure. Upon hearing this, the young women broke down in tears and said "you mean I have been working for nothing?" My heart felt for this couple and got me wondering about myself who always quickly volunteers for overtime. Am I doing the same as well?

Recently, I have been feeling this sharp, internal tugging sensation. I am concerned since the sensation starts close to my belly button and ends down deep around the vagina. Has anyone else experienced something similar. Please respond with any advice or knowledge of this.

I just got hired and I've been working temporary. I got offer a lower wage position during my temp service and he advise that I shoul djust stick with the temp job to see how it goes.
