Yes they do have prayers. You could see the National Anthem of the Soviet Union.
They are better than the prayers of most religions because they worship human endeavour and achievement and does not condemn Idol Worshipers or Alcohol Drinkers, does not initiate mass slaughter (Crusades), does not supress the truth in the name of religion (Galileo) and believes in eradicating religion because religion divides the humanity and causes unnecessary conflict.
They are the most practical, realistic and non-hypocritical prayers one could see and be part of. The rest are in a higher level beyond human comprehension with the so called "God."

I'm going to answer these questions with more questions:
Who would an Atheist be praying to, if they believe not in a God? Wouldn't it be rather silly for a non believer to be doing something that they just don't believe in?

Why does it bother the Fundies that atheists are happy, successful, productive, family oriented people, who do not need an invisible friend and a church telling them how and what to think? They can't stand it. It makes them look bad.

It's obvious that you don't even know what an atheist is. No...we don't have prayers because that would be talking to ourselves.

Prayers, no. That would involve believing that someone would hear you.
Wishes, sure. Who doesn't have wishes?

Their may be some some atheistic well wishers but one can hardly pray to a god that does not exist...; now can one?

Lets think about this logically shall we?
First, atheists have no gods, so to what would we pray to?
Second, just plain, "no."
