Go to the ATM and put in the card like you would a debit card. If you don't know your pin you'll have to call them and get it. It's really not worth it unless you're desperate because they charge you a ton of money in fees and interest. If you cant pay it back you'll really mess up your credit. It's considered a cash advance

Go to an ATM and get a cash withdrawl just as you would if you were withdrawing from your checking account. Use the pin number that should have been provided to you from your credit card company. Be aware, though, that interest rates and fees are often higher on cash advances from credit cards.

They are called cash advances , they have extra fees and interest starts the day after you take it .
Find another way , get a 2nd job , anything but payday loans and cash advances .
