Personally I think certain gender differences have to be accepted, there is no such thing as ABSOLUTE equality but I'm confined to certain specifications

1) What is Marginalization?
Marginalization is a post colonial term defined as “the overt or covert trends within societies whereby those perceived as lacking desirable traits tend to be excluded by wider society, ostracized as undesirable”. Marginalization causes individuals who have certain distinguishing features in society to live adversely due to unequal treatment. Marginalization puts in place the conditions which limit what an individual can achieve.

2) Marginalization of Women in the Workplace.
For women who strive to succeed, rising to the top can be a lonely journey. If they are assertive they are seen as not feminine. If they are kind, they are seen as incompetent and unable to step to the task. When in a leadership role, they have to fight off the stereotypes and preconceived notions about them.

It was violent but the theme of the movie about freedom to live with your loved ones your wife your children etc.. and not be bought by gold and to sell out and become an opportunist stood out!!! I have to keep my pooch on the lead most of the time for various reasons.. including traffic, running off after deer/squirrels etc and I feel really guilty. He seems happy enough just being by my side and he gets about two hours a day brisk walking with a back pack to tire him out. But I just feel the poor guy is missing out on all the fun. Ive got another dog who s fine off lead and they play all the time at home. Is it just me worrying too much?

Okay, i got the bolt all the way in (loosest setting) and the belt still dont fit! i jsut came off the engine, so i know its the right size, (with A/C) why wont it fit? is there a way to loosen it more?
