1) Berating - To rebuke or scold angrily and at length.

She spent hours berating her co-worker, citing her as the reason why the project failed.

2) Accosted - To approach and speak to boldly or aggressively, as with a demand or request.

Sorry, I cannot think of a sentence for this word.

1. Berating: verbally beating someone up by yelling and belittling. "The teacher berated the student for not doing his homework again." (Well, hopefully that wouldn't happen... but it's a sentence.)

2. Accosted: ambushing someone and trying to get something from them, sort of in an annoying, in-your-face salesman way. "Her 15-year-old neighbor accosted her with a box of chocolates as she walked to her door."

Hope that helps!

Winner I am a winner because 15 years ago I was told I wouldn't make it one year and here I am, answering your question:) I am a winner because I had to retire with my disabilities and was able to raise 3 children, alone, on only a little child support and a small amount of disability payment. I paid off my house, and car, we never went hungry, the kids had all of their needs met and most of their "wants". I learned who my true friends are and how much my family loves me. I learned to treasure every minute of every day. I refused to let the doctors put an expiration date on me. I figure if I die I will be in a better place and if I live I will get another day to "get it right". I'm in a win-win situation and I'm a winner all the way!
