I hate it when people try to answer religion questions with silly answers, because most of the time people are looking for a serious response and an answer that helps them. Who's with me on this?

I am with you on this. I just pray that they will take belief more seriously. The reason to ask a question is to learn from the answers you receive. I just pray that one day soon those who mock the religion of others they do not believe will find some peace for themselves.

God bless :-)

I guess it depends on what you mean by 'serious response' - I've seen lots of instances where the asker simply won't consider any answers that don't already agree with their beliefs.

Ask a silly question, get a silly answer.

Not me. Why don't you try researching the answer to your question instead of asking it on Yahoo answers if you don't like the responses.

Yes I agree and I feel the same way but don't mistake a response that are simply saying, "hello, wake up"!

i don't see much 'silly' but i see lots of hostile. you 'll have to ignore those folks. they seem to be here to spread the hatred.

belichick, she's asking for opinions. you gave yours. she has a legitamate concern.
it isn't about questions and answers here. it's easy to mock in the form of a question. it's been done.

So it began to say to the woman: “Is it really so that God said YOU must not eat from every tree of the garden?”

We will always have "yahoos" among us! hehe

p.s. relax and let everyone be and say whatever they want... the key is to never take anything personally... everyone is entitled to whatever they wish to say... when we start policing what people say, there goes freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of conscience....

I do not let that bother me. I just ignore a lot of things here. I give that advise to you too.
