Okay, i got the bolt all the way in (loosest setting) and the belt still dont fit! i jsut came off the engine, so i know its the right size, (with A/C) why wont it fit? is there a way to loosen it more?

Did you find the adjuster above the a/c compressor near the a/c pulley 8 mm bolt thing that moves the idler pulley?

first thing you need to do is look and make sure the numbers on the belt match up then make double sure that you aren't missing going around any pulleys,that often happens ,all you need to do is miss going around one pulley the right way and it wont fit right,check that ,i have had more problems from that than anything else,if its serpentine belt you have to release the tension on the tensioner for it to go on right,if it isn't there is a way to loosen the other things it goes around,if it came off of it ,it has to fit back on it,good luck.
