My credit card bills are just way to high of a minimum monthly payment than i make a month....if i were to just stop paying them(i know my credit will be real bad) can they garnish my pay?

I'm like 2 and a half to 3 weeks pregnant.

I have been with my employer for 3 years and in May i was suspended on full pay while they investigated an allegacy against me (which they have no proof. It was someone who just before leaving said i was up to no good)They have been paying me okay up until last week.Now a new manager as joined the branch and is saying he is not willing to pay me until they decide if there taking me back or not.Is he allowed to do this and what are my rights. please help!

what is the point of learning differential equations? I mean all my professor does is he writes the same types of problems and does the same thing over and over and I don't understand what the purpose is. I beleive that when your fish's scales are black and pop out like a pinecone, thats fungus. So I got some treaters and dropped them in the tank. Scales are stil repesenting a pine cone. Is it Fungus or something else?

Specifically speaking, there is a new bill being proposed called the Veteran Disarmament Bill, HR 2640. It makes for a lifetime gun ban on any veteran who has been deemed to have suffered from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, regardless of whether or not the person overcomes or only has slight impairment from the condition.

So, say you see a veteran, honorably discharged, who refuses to give up his deer rifle, and who takes it hunting. Are you going to uphold HR 2640 (if it gets enacted into law), arrest this fellow on felony charges, and haul him off to jail?

Or are you going to stand by the Constitution (2nd Amendment, 10th Amendment, and other applicable federal law) and allow the guy to exercise his freedoms?

You are "sworn to protect and to serve". But whose legal words do you enforce? Those of James Madison and Thomas Jefferson?

Or those of Carolyn McCarthy (Dem - NY) and Charles Schumer (Dem - NY)?

My 8th grade daughter said this morning that she did not want to go to school. I told her she had to and she seemed fine and headed off. About 1:00, I got a call from the school nurse saying that my daughter was in her office with a stomachache/upset stomach. I went to the school to get her, and she was very quiet (she talks all the time). I got her home and she went to the basement to watch TV and came up about 1/2 hour later saying she felt fine. She is acting fine now and wants to eat. Do you think she is faking sick? She didn't have a fever at all. So, is she faking sick? Is there something going around?

I am overclocking my Q6600 and have hit a wall staying stable at 4Ghz.

I can run stable at 3.6Ghz , but anything over that, the system will boot into windows up to 4Ghz, but any attempt to run Prime95 the pc restarts automatically.

Now I am thinking the issue is with my PSU. I currently have the Antec Phantom 500, it has 2x 12v rails.
12v1 = 17amps
12v2 = 18amps
for a total of 35amps.

I know the cpu is using 1 of the rails to itself.
Now is it possible that the cpu is trying to pull in more than 17 or 18 amps when overclocked above 3.6Ghz , and since the rails are capped at 20amps the cpu isn't getting the amps it requires, hence causing the restarts?

as a Help Desk analyst. I have been in a complete different field for many years. I have my MCP and will hopefully be obtaining my MCSA and MCSE within maybe a few months. What should I expect to learn within this position? After maybe a year or two I plan on exploring my options because the company I joined does not have much room for advancement but I took the job to get my foot into the IT industry. It pays well and has great benefits. Is it fair to say that with the right training and experience I can possibly try to get a job as a systems administrator or a related position.
