I'm like 2 and a half to 3 weeks pregnant.
I get really bad back pains already!
and i get tingly cramps in my belly ever so often..
are these part of my pregnancy?

Everybody's pregnancy is different so I dont know what kind of input I could give you but I think its strange to have backpains so soon but the heartburn is definetely normal. I had that through all my pregnancy =(

Yes those are signs of prenancy. And too everyone else's comments saying that its too early for you to tell your pregnant is wrong. A friend started her period 9/3, the only time she had sex was 9/15, she took three tests on 9/25 and they all came back positive, so you are very well capable of knowing that you are 2-3 weeks pregnant. how do you know you are pregnant that early.. at the first missed period you are 4 weeks fyi. and yes they are normal. i had bad back pain and tingly cramps dont worry they will go away in like 2 weeks at least they did for me. oh and Heartburn omg i got that from the day of conception lol...and it didn't stop until birth

sorry but there is no way medically possible to know you 2 and a half weeks pregnant, the egg hasnt implanted yet. yes those are pregnancy signs after 6 weeks

Yes those are signs.. and some people get symptoms after 1 week so it is possible to get them that early - the person with the answer that the egg hasn't implanted yet has been misinformed.
