In Bavaria, there is talk about putting an expiration date on marriage. The woman pushing it wants marriages to last only 7 years. After that time, the couples should either agree to extend their marriage or it should be automatically dissolved.

Christians are the only group that insists everyone else live by their beliefs?

Many Jewish people see it as against God to eat pork yet they have never attempted to mandate an anti pork ammendment to the constitution. They simply don't eat it.

Many other religions have laws that the people simply follow, realizing that not everyone believes as they do and accepting such dissent.

Why is it that Christians feel the need to force everyone to follow their faith whether they believe in it or not?

I know that there are lines in their Bible telling them to preach their gospel but did I miss the references to enacting laws forcing people to comply?

Sometimes when I flush my toilet, the water goes down normally like it should. Other times I may have to flush it 2 or 3 times to get it to flush completely... the water spins around... looks like its going to go down... and then it just sort of dies before it does a complete flush. Its almost like its clogged, but then... all it takes is a second or third flush (so I don't think its a clog)

one of your coworkers became a surrogate mother? Would you make some kind of comment, positive or negative, about her being pregnant with someone else's child to help them conceive a family? Just curious, because I was considering becoming one, and I don't know how my coworkers would react. yesterday i signt a lease for 12 months. today i want to brake the lease,i realized,that i cant aford it,because i have a litle child and i was assepted in school where i need to pay too. lease office told me,that its gonna be in collections and my credit. i cant believe that illinois lease contrakt dont give like two days to make a desision. i just signt it. also,they just cheked my credit,but they didnt asked me for my income cheks,they just trusted my word. what should i do?

I have a home that i am renovating, It is and has been vacant i have never set the trash out because i dispose of the debris myself but the city keeps sending me a bill for trash pickup that they have never had to pick up. The city told me it doesn't matter, that i have to pay it anyway. Why would i pay for a service i never used. i mean you wouldn't pay for a car you never bought. What should i do? RIP OFF!
