I try never to do that because I would hate to hurt someones feelings, but, when I saw a plump, middle-aged man, with a mustache, dressed up in a skirt and top with a lot of petticoats and smoking a cigar, I couldn't help it. I didn't do it in front of him but waited and held my breath til I was out of site. Then after the giggle I went back and talked to him a little. He was nice but he liked to get attention from people. He did it for fun. Mmm

No. When I was in high school, girls used to laugh at me because of how I dressed. Never laugh at someone else. Bad karma.

only my daughter because she has a weird sense of fashion. She's only 5 so she tries to dress herself and she comes up with some off the wall outfits like snow boots, a tank top, and shorts

Yes, including myself. I didn't laugh to their face. Some clothes just shouldn't be worn. Some people need to look in the mirror.

Yeah, when I see something totally ridiculous. Like the kids that won't pull up their pants; I have no desire to see the type of boxers they wear.

All of the time. I laughed because they looked ridiculous...I mean, who wears those HotTopic-ish pants and shirts?

I hope not. Maybe I have and I've just blocked it out. That would be really crude and insensitive behavior and I personally would feel ashamed of myself.

All the time. It's not being mean, it's just that some people put themselves out there.

Just think of this: Everyone thinks they look good when they walk out of the house.
