Did you give them a check?
If you did stop payment write them a letter saying that you were not aware of the terms until you went home and read the docs thoroughly at the same time put in the letter that you tried calling and they were non-cooperative so you are now writing the same letter to the department of real estate and attorney general. Because they did not verify your information and it seems like they pressured you to sign a document you need tell them you signed under Duress. Now if you call the lease office and tell them what your intentions are and that you felt you signed under duress and you're writing a letter to the department of real estate as well as the attorney general I would think they will let you out of your lease. Good luck!

You should be more responsible with your decisions. You had the child when you signed, so that's no excuse.

So in a day you decided to go to school? By your spelling, I can see that you need the education. But you already decided on the apt so you need to fufill the lease.
