It occurred to me that we always make up funny stuff in words and wordplay but can the same be done with math? Can you come up with a funny math equation? Is that even possible? If anyone can do it, the greatest minds in the world here on YA can. Don't be discouraged if you draw a blank. It's quite possible that numbers aren't funny, and its impossible. I didn't put this question in the math section because I'm sure there are some nerdy mathematicians that will come up with some obscure algorithm or some such crap that they think is funny and nobody but Einstein would even understand it. I'm talking about a play on numbers that would make the average Joe bust out laughing. Good luck!

I need rare but cool girl names that start with an A!?

I have 3 kids 2 boys and 1 girl, with one more girl on the way! My boys names both begin with E's, and my girls name starts with an A, I would like to keep the A's & E's thing going, why I don't know, but anyways if any of you know any unique girl names, that begin with an A throw em at me, I only have 4 weeks left!! And yes I have rented books, and looked online, I just open for suggestion to hear more options!! Thanks

police are offering my ex who broke my neck a plea to an (e felony),what does this mean?can he get jail time?

after the incident i did not coperiate with the DA becuase he was making all kinds of threats, & I thought that since he has the best lawyer in town and owns so many biz's & some cop friends, i was not going to testify or do anything. even though he knew i was not going to do nothing, he still did not stop threating, calling my Friends threating them & all kinds of BS, so I decided that enough was enough, i bought a recorder, taped all the threats, he called my friend & she also taped him. there was a stay away OOP, he broke it, the judge warned him, he broke agian by calling me restricted everyday & day i had apt with da, he called & i put him on speaker, so they charged him with another felony for breaking oop, he still had the nerve to call again restricted saying that he has the best lawyer & nothing will happen to him! first i have no proof that he called again cuz calls are restricted? can he get away with this, & not get any jail time & if he pleas to an e felony e, wat happens

Friday night meltdown!?

My friends and I are really frustrated with each other.My friend and her bf are sort of the cause of all of this though.We invite her to the football games to sit with us.And she does till her bf comes over.Then they sit with us for like 5 more minutes, but she just talks 2 him.Then they go walk off on their own doing God knows what.She doesn't even tell us that she's going she just ditches us.So then me and my other friends are stuck wondering where she is, and we call her, but she doesn't ever hear her phone cuz she is very hard of hearing sometimes.I dont understand y both of them can't hang with us.I think he is trying to hide something.I tried to talk 2 him alone last night to try and straighten this mess out, but people kept coming over and interrupting and Im more confused then I was b4.He says we always get to hang with her and they need their time, but thats only partially true.I only hav a few classes with her and its rare all of us friends get 2 hang with each other.Watsup??

Has anyone ever seen a fish that looked like a needle?

When I was in the Navy back when I saw a fish that was about a foot long. Had a bulbous head and a long slender body, it was white or silverish in color. Two big eyes on the sides, only about a foot long, but for the life of me, it reminded me of a needle. The body had no fins that I could see and was straight and fairly stiff. The tail came to a point, just like a needle. I have always wondered what it was called? I have never seen pictures of it anywhere, not even on Discovery Channel. Does anyone have a clue what it was?

should I sell my house before it goes down even more?

I see the market taking a plung. I bought my house for 139000 and is selling it for 259000. it was worth 320000 about 8 months ago. Should I just cash out and take advantage of the market and buy a new home while its getting lower in value? or hold on to it hoping the value goes back up.

I dread the thought of cold weather. What can I do to look foreward to winter?

We had a 2 day cold snap here where the temperature dropped into the high 40's at nite and around 63 degrees in the daytime. I about froze to death. It made me feel like an ice pop and I know the warm weather is going away within the next few weeks here in Illinois.
Any suggestions to make fall/winter better?

Wasn't it very poor diplomacy not to allow the President Ahmadinejad of Iran not to be allowed to place a?

wreath at the Ground Zero to show his respect for those who died there - especially since Iran had nothing to do with the 911 attacks?????????

And isn't this one of the reasons why people hate us because we are so paranoid and hypocritical about things like this?

How do I design a knitting pattern without knitting design software?

So how about this:?

First: Congress passes a law that underage smoking is illegal

Second: Congress passes a law that, once every year, the legal smoking age goes up by one.

So eventually, smoking will fade out.

I know. Tobacco lobyists will never let it happen. And there will be some underage smokers. But humor me.

I use to run track and cross country (and I still would be if my school has a team). Sometimes, on practice 2-miles and 3-miles, I would run by some smokers. And I hated it; it was literally painfull. And I hate the smell and walking by it when I go from class to class. So that's why I'm very anti-smoking.

And of course, somebody will say its that persons right to smoke. But my - and everybody elses - right to good health and peace of mind IS more important than somebodies whim to smoke.

So would you support congress if it tried this?
