There used to be a huge bus station in bournemouth that was spread over two levels, but it burned down years ago, forcing the buses to uses the square and the triangle. (Apparently 80 buses were saved by being driven out, that shows the size of it!)

A friend said it to me when I asked how it was possible that people only listen to their own point of view. I could not understand it for the life of me.

"A lot of the time humans are content to remain in a self-projecting state of falsehood. Were either too close to our image to stay objective in our conception, or too far away to be subjective in any matter. This only widens our void in social conformity introduced to our souls at birth."

A chemistry teacher wanted to teach the first yearers the evils of liquor. So, he created an experiment to make the point.

Producing 2 glasses and 2 small worms, he first poured a small amount of water into 1 of the glasses.

Putting in the first worm, he asked the class to observe it carefully.

The worm swam about happily -- or as happy as a worm can be.
Then he took the secound glass, poured in a small amount of whisky and dropped in the remaining worm.

This worm writhed around painfully and sank to the bottom of the glass...dead.

''Now, what lesson can we derive from this experiment?'' , the teacher asked. One kid had the answer right away.

''Drink whiskey and you won't get worms !''

Hope you like...Toe.

I'm talking under 18 pregnancy... Society appears to have gone soft on kids getting pregnant. We have so many these days, and everyone just goes "There, there, it's ok". No offensive to any teenage mums out there, it's not ok. The last time I checked, the legal age to have sex was 16. That law appears to have gone out of the window too. And it's not just moral wise either, it's finanical too. 95% of the time, it's tax payers (like myself) or the teenagers parents who are funding for the baby, not them. I mean, take responibilty of whats yours, don't rely on other people to pick up after you....

Do you think the reason why the UK has the highest teenage pregnancy rate is because we're too soft?
