You really should read the book and do your own homework. However, here is your answer:
1. Fixed Cost - truck payment, building rental, insurance. These things remained fixed no matter what your business is doing. Variable cost items depend on how much business you do. Things like raw materials, shipping costs would be directly dependent on how much business you do.
2. Semi-variable - Labor might be. It's fixed at a certain minimum, but could go up if business requires. Same with energy usage. You'd need a certain level just to stay open, but might use much more if you are busy.
3. High demand of your product. Oil would be a good example. Another might be the Apple iPhone. When it first came out it was priced high and people paid it. Later they dropped the price $200 because the people who would pay the high price already did so.

1. Fixed costs are those which do not change with the amount of goods sold, such as rent, phone cost, etc.
Variable costs are those which can vary, such as the cost of goods sold (you decide how many widgets you are going to buy in order to re-sell,) marketing (you decide how much you are going to advertise,) to some degree labor, (you decide how many employees to have and how much to pay them.)
2. Semi-variable costs can be cost of utilities, (they vary from season to season pending your location,) inventory, marketing, and labor, (see above.)
3. If the new product was the first to solve a particular and common problem, the company could charge higher costs. For example, if the drug companies could come up with a pill to help people to lose weight without nasty side effects, they could charge whatever they wanted. Or as another example, if a car company could invent a device that would keep cars from hitting things--other cars etc, again, the gizmo would be extremely valuable to consumers and worth a high price.

These are too easy ,
If you can't do the basic homework for such simple questions ,
You might want to switch to another class .

You need to do your own homework, not expect others to do your work for you. What kind of person would you be if you let others do all the work for you?
